TUANUBE SA DE CV, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). You can contact us at soporte@tuanube.com.
Data we collect
Through our contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number, company, and the information about your project you choose to share with us, including the budget range. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Purposes of processing
We use your data solely to respond to your contact request, follow up commercially and, where applicable, prepare a service proposal. We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or withdraw your consent, by sending a request to soporte@tuanube.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with INAI, the Mexican data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep your contact data while an active or potential business relationship exists, and delete it when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this notice or when you request it.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use technical storage necessary for the site to work, such as your language preference.
